Our skilled artisans work diligently to create a closest match to the original design when adding these embellishments. However, in the rare instance that we are unable to find an exact match, we refrain from adding any embellishments to maintain the integrity of the outfit's aesthetics.

Once your order has been stitched, we do not accept returns, offer refunds, or allow exchanges unless the final product is faulty or does not comply with what was reasonably expected as the finished article. Our products are individually sourced and stitched to ensure uniqueness and the highest quality craftsmanship, which makes it challenging for us to resell or reuse them once they have been customized for your specific order. - Faulty or Non-Compliant Products:
If the item you receive is faulty or does not meet the expected specifications as the finished article, we apologize for any inconvenience caused. Please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the order and provide evidence (e.g., photographs) showcasing the issue. Once we verify the problem, we will offer you the option of a refund, exchange, or replacement of the faulty item. - Eligibility and Process for Faulty or Non-Compliant Products:
To be eligible for a return or refund due to a faulty or non-compliant product, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and must have all tags and labels intact. To initiate the return process, please contact our customer support team with the relevant details. We will provide you with further instructions and the return address for the shipment. The return shipping cost for faulty or non-compliant products will be borne by Savii Fashion. - Cancellations:
You can request order cancellations only before the stitching process has begun. Once the stitching has commenced, cancellations will not be accepted. - Refunds and Processing:
For approved returns of faulty or non-compliant products, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed, as it may take some time for the financial institutions involved to finalize the transaction. - Exclusions:
The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange: - Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Custom-made or personalized items (unless they are faulty or non-compliant with the expected specifications).
